What we collect

• When you call or text: your phone number, and whatever you tell us about the job, such as your address and what the door is doing. We keep it to schedule and complete your work.
• When you browse this site: the standard server logs any website keeps, such as IP address, pages requested and browser type. This site currently runs no analytics or advertising trackers of its own.
• The map on our home page, areas page and contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and loading it involves Google the way any embedded map does. Google's own privacy policy covers that part.

What we do with it

Schedule your visit, do the work, and reach you about it. That is the whole list. Your information stays with us. We do not sell it, and it goes to someone else only where completing your job needs it or the law requires it.

Texting

If you text us, we text back about your job. That is the extent of it. You will not be added to any marketing list by contacting us, and replying STOP to any message ends the conversation.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (650) 376-6070. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and we honor them for everyone.
