Privacy Policy
Plain language, and short, because this site does very little with your data.

Who we are
Navarro Garage Door, Fremont, CA. Phone (510) 443-1883.
What we collect
- When you call or book online: your name and phone number, and whatever you tell us about the job, such as your address, what the door is doing and when suits you. We keep it to schedule and complete your work.
- When you browse this site: the standard server logs any website keeps, such as IP address, pages requested and browser type.
- Google Analytics, which counts visits: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (city level), what device they use, how they found the site, and whether they tapped a call or booking button and where on the page it was. Google sets cookies to do this. We use it only to see which pages help people reach us, never to identify you, and we run no advertising trackers. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
- The office map on our pages is a picture until you tap "Load the map". Only then does Google Maps load, and that involves Google the way any embedded map does. Google's own privacy policy covers that part.
What we do with it
Schedule your visit, do the work, and reach you about it. That's the whole list. Your information stays with us. We don't sell it, and it goes to someone else only where completing your job needs it or the law requires it.
Booking online
When you book online, the form sends your details to the system we use to take bookings and alerts our phone, so we can call you to confirm the time. If you give an email address, we use it for the confirmation of that booking and nothing else. You won't be added to any marketing list by contacting us.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (510) 443-1883. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and we honor them for everyone.
Changes
If this site gains any other form or tracker, this page changes in the same update, with the date above moved forward. The terms of service cover how quotes, payment and scheduling work.
