Who these terms cover
These terms apply to using this website and to booking work with Navarro Garage Door, Fremont, CA.
Quotes and pricing
The prices published on our cost page are starting prices: what each job starts at. Your door decides the final number. The exact price for your door comes before any work starts, you approve it, and that is the number on the invoice. If the job turns out to need more than the quote once it is opened up, work stops and you decide with the new number in front of you.
Booking online
A booking made on this site is a request for a visit. The time is set when we call you to confirm it. If the booking doesn't go through, the form says so and gives you the number to call: (510) 443-1883.
Payment
Payment is due on completion, once the door is working and you have seen it run.
Scheduling
Open 24 hours, seven days a week. Call any time and we tell you when we can be there. When we can be there depends on the day's workload, and we tell you on the call. If we need to move your appointment, we'll call you. You can move it too, and moving it costs $0.
The advice on this site
The what-to-do-right-now pages on this site are general guidance for common situations, and they deliberately stop where stored spring tension starts. Garage doors are heavy equipment under load. Following or not following anything written here is your decision, and it isn't a substitute for someone qualified looking at your actual door.

The content on this site belongs to Navarro Garage Door and describes our own services and prices. We work to keep it accurate, and where a page and a spoken quote differ, the spoken quote for your specific door is the one that binds.
