The ranges published on our cost page are honest guides to what each job runs. The exact price for your door comes before any work starts, you approve it, and that is the number on the invoice. If the job turns out to need more than the quote once it is opened up, work stops and you decide with the new number in front of you.
Payment is due on completion, once the door is working and you have seen it run.
Same-day service depends on the day's workload and is likeliest when you call before early afternoon. We are open 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Sunday through Friday, and closed Saturday. If we need to move your appointment, we call you, and you can do the same at no charge.
The what-to-do-right-now pages on this site are general guidance for common situations, and they deliberately stop where stored spring tension starts. Garage doors are heavy equipment under load. Following or not following anything written here is your decision, and it is not a substitute for someone qualified looking at your actual door.
